I am an Advocate with a trust account. I have extensive experience on law, regulation and policy in the health sector. This includes: health care professional legislation; occupational health law; human rights and constitutional law impacting the health sector; administrative justice with regard to regulatory bodies (e.g. the Health Professions Council of South Africa and Council for Medical Schemes); funding of health care and access (e.g. NHI, medical schemes, assisting with complaints to the Council for Medical Schemes); consumer rights with regard to health service and governance of health sector role-players by the POPIA and PAIA.
